Positive thinking

Who would thought from being a obese turns into fit person. Yes! you read that right. I was 65 kilos back then I eat anything I desire. When the perfect time for me to get fit comes I grabbed it without hesitation. Working out is so much fun especially when your sweat is dripping on the floor. That's the fruit of your labor. That sweat right there will give you the determination to go on. Just don't get lazy. Put it on your mind I can do this. I can push myself to the limit where I can sculpt my body someday. The painful part of working out is your muscles are burned but that doesn't stop you its just that muscle pain will give you the strength

to keep on what you have started. Be the best you can be. Love yourself and get fit!!!

I burned calories

It was last September when I started to jogging every morning that was the time I quit smoking. I thought to myself its time to get fit. As a starter, I bought a pair of shoes but a second shoe which I'm always doing that.( Now I realized it's not worth it). I have a difficulty in breathing that time because my lungs were adjusting to my new lifestyle. It was November when Gawad Kalinga a non profit organization organize a fun run called Zombies Outbreak. It was my first time to joined a fun run but I was catching my breath for a 5 kilometer run. It was hard for me at first. My goal was to lose weight, running which is not so expensive hobby so I did. It helps me release the tension I have inside my head. When I run the feeling of being free for awhile. The feeling of the wind that damps your face. The feeling of being alive again. And the best part of running is feeling the sweat falling in your face. 

Dallas Mavericks won Game 4

The game started with the national anthem sung by Kelly Clarkson a former American Idol who came from Dallas. The Dallas scored 4 points at the beginning of the quarter. Then the Miami Heat fired up until the end but the defense and the offense of Dallas stopped them for doing that. Lebron James didn't make good in his this game. He scored less than his playoffs games. I give credit to Dirk  Nowinski for doing a great job despite his high fever. Kudos! to Dallas. Series tied 2 games a piece.

A Devastating lose of Dallas Mavericks against Miami Heat in Game 3

I was disappointed by the lose of Dallas against Miami 88 - 86.   If only they can hear me cheer their team to fight until the end.  But that's part of the game. Dirk gave everything he got. But he can't do it alone,he really need his team to work with him. A prediction was made during the game one commentator uttered that 70% of those team who won game 3 are the team who will be the champion. I hope ad wish that prediction won't come true. I still believe in you Dallas!

Divorce in the Philippines

Another hot issue that the members of congress are debating is to legalize the Bill of Divorce. As we all know Philippines is dominated with Roman Catholics.  And the church will not allow this bill to pass because the sacrament of marriage will no longer practice.  They said you made a vow to the people and most especially to God that you will stay with your husband or your wife through richer or poorer, in sickness and in health till death do you part.  As a catholic I respect their stand on that issue.  But reality bites, battered women are increasing nowadays because they are sticking in their so called marriage vow. Women experiencing adultery with their husbands. What kind of a human being those man who leave their wife just for another woman. It's like a garbage trash. When you're done you can throw it anywhere or leave whenever you want to. I'm on the women side who wants their freedom.  Freedom to be respected by other people and freedom to love.  I also want their dignity and respect back in their selves. The question to ponder on is that is there martyr left in this world? And how long will you stay in the marriage were you're no longer happy? Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines could you please think about this situation!
